Finally, after going through another semester at university, I could restart pony (and furry) vectoring in earnest. This is a request for Calebtyink for his OC as a genie, but the reference I was given was so bad that I threw almost all of the bells and whistles away and made the sketch from scratch, from which I completed the vector.
This is also the first vector of mine to use Inkscape 1.0 and a mesh gradient, the latter occurring where Clepsydra's (the name I gave to the otherwise nameless OC, based on his blue colour and watch) genie tail loops.
