Seems that Latch has run afoul with a possessive, and mind altering heart-shaped plate. While it did give her a most fitting, and thematic body suit to suit her... there's more Rouge than there is Latch inside of her, going so far as to change her personality and attitude to such a strong level where who she was merged with the forceful personality within the plate!
Alas, this only means that this poor panda will be a facsimile of the real Rouge, and not quite match her. Nonetheless, she still does seem to have some control over her plants while like this...
