Info about Eleck, the spark Bunny. He is the " i am here to save the day " type of character, some times a complete hot head and easily tricked, he is the Zap first , ask questions while zapping.
By nature he is always filled with static electricity and can accidently zap you if you are to close to him, the gems on his clothes store electricity for him to use later and help him be able to touch stuff with out zapping them, if needed he can steal energy from things around him like outlets for even machines, he can also over charger them for a boosts that can drive them wild or even blow up , he loves the beach but he cant swim without a special suit or by discharging before getting in.
