New commission prices,don't worry there's not much difference,rules will be the same and the price for an extra character will change (more than two characters will be +10$ per character),detailed backgrounds will be +10$ ,and flat color BG will not affect the price, if you asked me before this reset don't worry,i keep the old price for you~
