This is Rosemary Parker, an original character created and owned by Baron Engel. www.deviantart.com/baron-engel This piece was created about four years ago during a request livestream on Picarto. I remember tossing out the suggestion of Rosemary in a kimono and most of the people in the chat seemed to be enthusiastic about it. The next most popular suggestion was for an architectural picture. So Baron decided to combine the two and this is the result. I finally was able to purchase this piece and received permission to post it here. If you like it, please check out Baron Engel.
