This a picture of Gaki's big brother Maverick in his own magical girly-boy uniform and him demonstrating his powers. His powers are ice based and since he is older than Gaki his powers are stronger than Gaki's powers He is part of the same faction as Gaki is and often ends up saving Gaki when Gaki's pheromone atack has worked a bit too well.
