Elise ran into Cecil the demon riolu butler on his day off from taking care of Satoshi. Elise thought the pull up clad riolu would look good in the gardening dress she was wearing and had him try it on. It fit him quite snugly which impressed Elise, though Cecil was not very amused by this action.
