Please do! Hot sauce is good, but if I go to a restaurant (that's not Mexican) I have to bring a kind I like. I can eat much hotter sauce, other aged sauces, other vinegar-based sauce, other salt-heavy sauces... but Tabasco makes me very, very ill. ALL Tabasco sauces, despite the fact that they all taste good. But again, they're everywhere. When I eat at a restaurant and get sick, chances are, there was Tabasco of some type in the dish somewhere.
