An idea that I wanted to see done as a full commission from a good friend;
Villagers upset thinking he was stealing her away on a campaign well outside what they would normally consider safe. Someone made an attempt on him without much planning only ending up wounding him slightly; Thankfully Neuge was with him they had both scared them off before she jumped to tending to the wound cutting the obstructing clothes out of the way and carefully extracting the knife before using her own shirt off her back to stem the flow before helping him back to her home where she could keep a close eye on him before they both drifted off to sleep.
Whoever that was to attack that guy, they went off half-cocked with zero info and zero intel, and hurt a friendly. People who attack others on assumption... *sigh* ... something relatable.
