Well, the joke is that in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the game doesn't ask you what Gender you are, you just choose what you look like. So technically you can be either any gender you want, or no gender. People like to make fun of this freedom, so I guess you could call that a 'meme', but I don't think it's widespread enough for that, personally.
