It's Saturday! Time to post these Defence of Berling bois! Things aren't looking good - the Soviets are coming, the terrifying sound of Katyushas is piercing the air, building are being blown to smithereens but nevertheless these guys are determined to not abandon their post, come what may!
This is a piece I'm quite happy with! I had studied some of Even Mehl Amundsen's technique (look him up, he's really good) and decided to include what I've learned in my work. You'll see that it has a lot more darks in it but also a lot more detail. Probably something I'll be incorporanting more of from now on.
