Commissioned by Adam Cunningham from the Louisville BattleTech Network. This modification of the Jenner, borne from necessity, strips the JR7-D's SRM-4 and ammo for a pair of Guardian ECM Suites.
Not uncummon with the new rules. There are a lot of nice options, likee one of them can run as eccm to counter enemy ecm. Or you can fool enemy sensors with ghost targets. Lastly its harder to counter your ecm field since an oposing unit will need two ecm set on eccm to neutralize your own ecm bubble.

that had to be a rule implemented after I stopped playing in the early 90's I'm only just getting back into tabletop, so anything that happened after 3052 when Space AT&T kicked the clanners butts... I'm not aware of, yet.

I think this was a 3050 config, but it's also custom. That said, fielding multiple ECMs is certainly allowed under standard rules, though the benefits are better seen in more advanced rulesets (particularly MaxTech -> Tactical Operations).
