well what i think you should you, is have them escape. well; try to at least, have it to where its bigger than they actually think and so they have to run through hallways and such dodging magic (bullets or anything) while they are trying to figure out why they are here, and who set them up. THEN! have them find something, something shocking that will change everything

what i mean by this is, that guy, sends in an attack team which drives the crew back and causes them to find an escape route which causes them to explore the facility which is bigger than they first thought. so they are running threw the hallways and dodging fire( bullets magic etc.) and on there way they try to figure out who crossed them, why they were set up and by whome. agruing in a group as your being hunter within a building isnt good ;) then when they think they are about to escape have them find something shocking something that changes everything
