Well, compared to more recent Media Stuff, like Vikings or that new Assassins Creed Game Trailer does your idea of a Person from Scandinavia/ Northern Europe more accurate.
The Hollywood image of them being all filthy and clad in furs is far off from what I know the People of that Early Medieval Period to look like.

hehe, thank you! as a nordic person i've completely given up on seeing any true accurate representations of the Vikings in media sadly, but it would feel hypocritical if i didn't at least try to go semi-accurate with this lass lol. Because, as mentioned; tunics are way underrrated <3

You need to visit Medieval or Reenactment festivals to see them these days. Damn, even Larpers often dress more authentic then ppl on TV or in Games. x3

oh i know, every summer they always throw Viking, Medieval and renaissance fairs all over the place (lives in Sweden, we've got plenty of old castle ruins and replica villages to host them) and there's always larper groups running around in authentic gear. It's always awesome to see! :D my fiance and i are gonna get into larping as well one day! When we can afford it that is, cuz man this stuff is expensive if you can't make it yourself...
