Asked Sweetie Belle.

Yeah, so basically what I imagine happening is Rarity wakes up really having to pee. Sweetie Belle hears something (Rarity getting up to go to the toilet) and gets up to investigate. The two run into each other in the hall, Sweetie flicks the lights on, and Rarity ends up peeing herself (Sweetie already wets the bed here, hence the diaper).

Fun fact: I had originally envisioned a somewhat similar concept involving AJ and Apple Bloom instead of the two pictured here. Hah, obviously this worked out better.

Also, the bg comes from the hallway before the laundry room, seen in "Sisterhooves Social" (gosh, was that wallpaper a pain to draw!).
