This is Pouncie Funflash, a wild tomboy bear girl. Her athleticism is greater than any of the other cubs, and she likes to playfully jump upon them in greeting.
She has an ostentatious and in-your-face attitude, and a never-ending supply of energy fueled by a ravenous appetite.

Character Flaws/Weaknesses:

Pouncie is hyperactive and impulsive, with the social skills of an untrained puppy and the table manners of a cavegirl. She tends to be annoying to others with her relentless enthusiasm.

Design Notes:

I wanted Pouncie to be active and athletic in contrast to the usual fat & lazy depictions of cartoon bear characters. I gave her a look that was equal parts feral and sporty, and would radiate the feeling this is a super-duper tomboy.
