Twilight didn't do anything to Spike.Its just after she finished from Mayor Mare's office and went out to see Spike again he told her that she looked like she had fun but when Spike touched Twilight's side thigh and said ''You're cold.Were they not...enough?''.Then Twilight looked at Spike with a sadened look and that when he knew that he was right and got sad for her and started crying because he felt that it was unfair for her to be left unsatisfied like that after everything she has done.Thats what basically happened.So yeah she didn't do anything to cute little Spike
