She's dressed in a baby nightie and diaper, arms restrained, with a neat new mechanism set up that attacks you with feathers on a stick to tickle you mercilessly. She's being tickled from the sides and most importantly on her feet. She's giggling madly, clearly about to snap. Despite all the laughing, crying, and begging, it goes on and on. Bisky watches and comforts her by letting her know that she'll be happy again very soon. What that means is when Kite finally snaps, she'll be reduced to the mental facilities of a cuckoo, crazy baby girl. That's how tickle torture works. You tickle them until their mind collapses. Pray it doesn't happen to you. Or pray it does. Whichever floats your boat.
