I'm still not sure what her plan even is with all this xD. It's not like she's caught him doing anything criminal. Except the relatively minor crime of purchasing sex.
If he's wanted, she already know where he is. It seems like it'd be more efficient to just... Get a couple of cop-pals and arrest him when they were supposed to meet up for a booty-call. This whole way of essentially kidnapping him is silly, and seems like it'd be illegal by itself xD.
Seems like all she's managed only to get herself caught by a criminal. But he doesn't seem like the type to take her without her consent anyway. (Though if he is and haven't shown it, her next 'act' with him may be less fun for her.)

He's wanted for being involved in drugs as well as for the murder of Hexus. She would have made a much better plan if she didn't go out drinking her anger away right after finding out the news. If I wrote her going straight to the chief and saying "here's what I know", that wouldn't be as interesting nor show the consequences of foolishness.
