I have no idea what programs can do that besides Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI (maybe OpenCanvas too). And I WILL NOT make this lineart MS Paint compatible. Or for whatever other program that does not support .PSD files, since I only have Photoshop and SAI.

And by buying this lineart you have the right to: -use it to make free, dA point and PayPal (or money of any variety) adoptables -you can edit them to your satisfaction (go wild!) -you can post adoptables you made with this lineart whereever on the net you want -you can use them for referencesheets for your own characters -you can do pretty much everything you want with them
What you cannot do is: -resell the original .PSD file or give it away for free -claim the original lineart (not any alterations you make) as your own -heavily trace them (for commissions for example) and claim as your own
