Part of my formal and fancy breeding: when one addresses the host without first being addressed, one should address said host in the third person. It's in the same vein as framing gentle criticism in the form of a question. The determiner is in the plural because this is a public space of sorts, wherein you 'host' all your Watchers and posters.
