Yes, it definitely is a silly face. I think what got me to thinking about the eyelid thing is her left forefinger is on her cheek just below her eyelid. Be that as it may, I do like the way she was drawn. She's very cute; even if she is Anubis the Egyptian god of the dead. LOL.
