I was playing as Komodo Moe on the Wumpa Cup doing challenges about Golden Wumpas where I'm in first place while Dr. Neo Cortex is in second place and Komodo Joe on third place. So Moe then comforted his brother Joe because he lost, I headcanon the fact that Moe tends to comfort his brother after he lost a race due to being emotional, all because he cares a lot about Joe.
