This is Io, yes like the moon, a fox person. In normal form he is mostly human, save for the fox ears, one eye, paw and tail, but when he goes into a "Feral" state he is all fox, also his stats increase and he becomes a lot more dangerous. Io is a member of the Clocktower Guild
