There's no such thing as laser energy, since lasers are made of light. That qould be light/photonic/EM-radiation energy. I've never seen anyone shoot lasers on DBZ. Their energy blasts are likely some kind of spiritual energy, AKA ki.
If you mean ki, I suggest you call it that. Energy is far too broad a term to be meaningful in that situation.
