She's simply adorable, and I love the playful pose and bright, happy expression. I really like her hair, too, and how fluffy it looks, and the water effects where the ocean has washed up over her legs is quite nicely done as well. Speaking of, the ocean and sky above are really pretty, and the way the bright blue contrasts with her pale, earthy colors is quite nice, I think. She's a lovely character, and this is a gorgeous picture of her.
