The background artwork and the text was all done by yours truly, the city scape is my home city of Melbourne Australia. And all in vector too so they can be scalable with ease and no pixellation :D. The amazing body design and crossmatching and general draco design was done by the venerable @toofy: , she nailed the design of draco so well merging him into the artwork so darn well~
So yeah I want draco (in my own multi dimensional lore) to be within the CP2077 lore :P I think he could be absolutely KICKASS, dont want to mess with this cyberfreak >:D
