So yeah, here he's just relaxin. I imagine he's watchin a movie or somethin, but I just walked in, so he's looking at me. Or maybe I'm actually taking his picture in-universe.
Obviously he's pooped in his undies, which shouldn't be a surprise with him at all He frequently has better things to do than poop in the potty. I imagine in the second image it's still very fresh, while in the first it's strted to stain a bit. He's definitely still perfectly content and happy, though.
