This chapter was very emotive. I love how Muko's perverted side is acknowledged throughout the chapter, as a flaw by Muko herself, as a combat weakness that Kalita exposes by flashing her breasts at Muko, and as a personality trait that Muko has to overcome. I also loved the final pages as it shows that, deep down, Muko is insecure about herself and is aware that everyone (her sister Saniko, her former work colleagues, Nyarai, and now Kalita) is looking down on her. I loved that panel with Muko's mom because it's been hinted that she's been an important part of Muko's life and that her presence and absence shaped her daughter's personality. Muko saying that she wants to be loved gives an insight to her perverted personality as it shows she wants friends and significant other, but her immaturity and perverted nature pushes them away. Cookie calling Muko her last hope is the best part of this chapter as it shows their newly repaired bond. To Cookie, Muko is not only the first client she had in two years, she's the first person who knows the full extend of her mistakes and bothered to understand, forgive, and stick by her despite the tough road ahead. Likewise, Cookie is the closest thing that Muko has to a mother right now and the only person who ever believed in her despite showing her nothing but immaturity in their first days as client and manager. Watching Muko rise again with Cookie at her side, ready to face Kalita again is a fitting ending for this chapter. I can't wait for the next one.
