I think I might change things up for a bit and do a SFW series. These posts will chronicle Simba and Nala as they go on adventures while also exploring their developing relationship.
Chapter 3: Simba and Nala's Prideland Adventures
Part 1: A Lazy Afternoon
After their rather informative visit with Rafiki, Simba and Nala returned to the base of Pride Rock and stretched out on in the cool dirt to soak up the late afternoon sun. Feeling her eyelids growing heavy, Nala leaned against Simba’s side and gently nuzzled her head into his soft neck. The two had big plans for the coming days. There was still plenty for the young lions to learn about their world, and the call of adventure compelled the cubs to explore, irrespective of the potential danger. Simba smiled to himself as he looked down at his best friend. Wherever their curiosity took them next, they would face it together.
