Another requested drawing from me, this time for Plutalian . It's his dolphin Rollie, an OC he made while he and his friends played Dungeons & Dragons. He likes making pictures with the sparkles in his water bubble, rolling around on the floor at random moments, and sometimes wearing bowties. His major power is charging up a "Ree" that blasts at random moments. You can tell his "Ree" is fully charged when he turns rainbow. Hope you like him!
