Don't think of it as a block, but a mental passive moment. I just let the ideas come and go as they please and I pick the ones I'd like to try. At this moment I have three images in pre-production, a huge list of things I thought about before, and I'm working on something that came from a chat conversation. When I'm really stuck or bored though I go back and try to color something or maybe redraw something better than the way it came out the first time. "New" doesn't always need to mean a new piece, it could be a new angle on an old idea or something. And if nothing comes up then enjoy other peoples' art. It helps.
