Given that Daxter was originally human, but became an ottsel by virtue of a freak reaction to dark eco* (left over from the creation of the universe ?).
* Dark Eco normally kills people who touch it -and not enough is left for burial ! IF one can get the body out ! I have a pic that gives that caveat emptor.
