Character Description
Hearts is a friendly shiba inu with infinite magic powers. She can use her magic in her pawpads to make whichever is drawn or painted become real. She can also erase whichever that is bad to the bone, and can teleport from one place to another.
Hearts can also use her magical paws to create and build up lovey gifts (in shape of hearts that contain magic wishes) for those who are kind to her. She stores lots of them in her fur and keeps them around, even if she sees someone nice and gives them one.
Hearts has a special bag full of endless buttercream-cheese icing, which uses to frost lots of cupcakes she likes to bake. If any unfrosted ones is slightly touched, she goes into a hate-filled rage and transforms into a red, demonic version of herself so she can threaten those who try to eat them to the point where either she inflicts physical harm on them.
It could be implied that the magical power of the cupcakes has demonically possessed her, as she never forgets to ice them.
In her normal form, Hearts either speaks Japanese or makes doggy noises to communicate with other living beings.
In her rage form, she speaks English in a very low-pitched roary voice, but replaces all swear words with Japanese translations, angry barks or a jumpscare sound-effect (from the game Five Nights at Freddy's) while doing so.
Personality
Timid on the outside, but creative on the inside, Heartina Rosebud is a helpful, talented youthful pooch who likes to draw. She has a sweet nature as well as an adorable sense of humour. However, she shies away from strangers and other things that are difficult to clear.
Hearts is immature, peppy and somewhat cheery. Though intelligent, she knows all and tells all, caring for whichever she deserves. She feels like a very proud shero, despite being a bouncy klutz, yet sometimes takes plenty of siestas.

Background/History
Heartina was born and raised in the planet full of magical beings. As a puppy, she was sent to Earth because she doesn't have any magic, so she had to find her way to find someone special to bond with. Later on, she found and befriended a kind teenager named Robin.

World/Setting
Hearts' world depends on the originality/fandom.
In my original universe, Shiba Inus are magical beings with infinite magic powers. They live in another planet and can travel anywhere via teleportation. Heartina is born and raised there, and then came to Earth as a puppy. Robin, my avian OC, is a flame robin.
In the Sonic universe, Heartina is a Mobian shiba inu born with infinite magic powers, since her mother is a nine-tailed kitsune. Her birthplace is Akita Island.
My robin OC is the same as in my original universe, but depicted as a Mobian flame robin.
In the TTG universe, Hearts is created from a combination between Raven's magic and one of Robin's favourite drawings. Robin in this universe is not my robin OC, since he's my favourite TTG character, so he's Hearts's owner.
Body
In her normal form, Hearts has pink fur with yellow urajiro-markings*, cream/peach paws, light-rose inside of ears, magenta/fuschia nose and purple eyes.
In her demonic-rage form, she turns red with orange urajiro-markings, scarlet paws and inside of ears and flaming eyes as well as sharp teeth.
She can be drawn in any type of form/style: chibi-like (mostly common), feral (common), anthro, Sonic style
*Urajiro means "underside" in Japanese
Clothing
She sometimes wears a beanie hat or an orange neckerchief. During Halloween, she wears a Robin costume.
Accessories
She sometimes wears a pair of blue glasses.
