I thought this book was closed. We had thought his death was the end of this chapter, and yet here he was in our home. The man who was responsible for those horrible atrocities upon my wife, the sadistic man who used and abused his own sister like a sex doll... Kyle. I've heard of this man on the news along with the shocking crimes and murders he committed in his hometown while "raising" Sofi. It wasn't until she confessed about what she's been through when she was younger as we lived together, back when we were Guardian-and-child, that I learned more about him. His rude interruption to our lives was a bad omen, his eyes set upon me first and foremost after removing his shades after kicking our door open.
"You..." His glare was as sharp as a blade, a growl in his voice as he stepped into my face. "You're the fuckhead who took my sister away from me?" I immediately replied, anger rising from my voice. "That's right. I'm her husband. Got a problem with that?" "As a matter of fact, I do. With EVERYTHING." We were just about an inch from each other now, my fist clenching hard as he had his hands in his pockets. "Do you realize what the fuck you've done? Who the hell told you to touch my sister, let alone fuck her?! Do you have any idea how far I've gone to protect her?!" Hearing those words come from his mouth set off an explosive fit of rage from within me. "Protect her?! You RAPED her many times over ALONG with the shitheads of your city!! At least I managed to move her away from that hell you call a home!!"
"I should have you taste your own blood for laying a hand on her. Bet you fucked her nice and hard after taking her in, didn't you?! Maybe I should feed you your own dick as a proper punishment!!!" The anger between us grew rampant, the both of us to the point of snapping if the trigger was pulled somehow. I then shouted. "TRY IT, BITCH! I'LL LEAVE YOU BLEEDING IN A BACK ALLEY WHERE YOU BELONG!!! I DON'T NEED A FUCKING WEAPON TO FINISH MY FIGHTS!!"
A sudden shout came from inbetween as a red flash swooped in. It was my son, Erron, angry of the development. "SHUT UP, BOTH OF YOU!!!" The sight of him jumping in caused the both of us to step back. He then spoke again. "Like it or not, we're family now! If you have a problem with me and my sister existing, you can fight me right now!!!" He then stood in front of me as if he was shielding me. Kyle looked at him and would be appalled, but also saw Sofi in him.
Further in the back of the living room, Sofi was doing her best to calm down Molly, who was deathly afraid of her now living uncle. "Mommy...he's that scary man...he's my uncle?" Sofi smiled softly and looked towards her to try and calm her down before turning to speak with her brother. "Look. I admit you did all those horrible things to me, which I hated... But I knew you were at least keeping me safe since mom died. Like my son said, we're family now..." She then took Molly and tucked her behind, stepping forward to face her brother after a very long time. "BUT." Her tone of voice was now just as scary as her brother's. "NEVER step into this house again, or even come near my kids and husband..." She took one more step, her fist clenching as she was now eye to eye with Kyle. "OR I'LL KILL YOU MYSELF..." She muttered those words as softly as possible to keep Molly from hearing her. Erron DID hear her, however, but was too focused on tending to his sister.
The situation slowly decelerated as Kyle collected himself and left...but this won't be the last we see of him...
