Silver's crime-stopping brother and homicide detective of the CCPD, Lance (as he's also known as) is one unlike his partner, Mark The Wolf. Lance's sorta has a edgy personality to him, which is being much more cold-blooded, and has a liking to mowing down the criminals that try to "outsmart" him. He usually loves carrying the big hand-cannon, the S&W 44 magnum, but also like going out with the Walther P99, which would also be a gun Silver would carry.
