Well, look at this, it looks like Tiberius' mom got her little baby prince all dressed up like a baby from the old days of the turn of the 20th century somewhere between the 1910s and 40s. Little Tiberius is doned with a baby bonnet, sweater, booties and a cloth diaper fastened with a big safety pin while being surrounded by stuff that would fit that time period.
For this picture, I used reference from a few Disney films such a Lady and the Tramp 1 and 2 and Who Framed Roger Rabbit and the shorts just so I could get that feel of that era, I even put in a box of Ivory Snow which is a detergent used back then when cleaning cloth diapers to give them that soft feel. Now actually I should also bring up that while I did reuse a pose from a previous drawing, I changed the pose and kept the head the same while also giving him a more playful feel, and this one was where I first did a cloth diaper in Toonbabifier's (https://www.deviantart.com/toonbabifier) style first compared to the one I did for the New Year pic, it just took me a while tio finish this one up.
