I saw the 'Hey Lets Make an OC' Meme awhile back and I thought it would be fun to do with a few friends on discord to see what they would create which resulted in this strange boi! This is Jenkins Rune, he is a green kirin (from monster hunter specifically) that has a mohawk and wears short shorts. His personality is boople snoot ( which I took as being silly) and he yells out every third word... This was certainly an interesting character to make, I had a bit of a hard time with him and I kind of didn't like him much when I first worked on him. However once I pushed through I end up liking him. It was a good exercise in character design and I even want to try it again, maybe with a larger group, but for now I'm going to take a break on this and try it again later. Enjoy!
