I originally didn't think I was gonna do it, but I'm actually colouring the starters of my region.
The Sorkplant line are all grass/ground, though I do wonder if its ground type will be changed to fairy type to give it more of a connection to its mythical inspiration.
Sorkplant is a bashful little vole who hides in a pot (funny enough so is the the Swedish word for this kind of pot "kruka" a slang word for coward) and is chooses to not be hostile. It will value the friends that enables it to open up.
Blossdent is a more outgoing evolution of Sorkplant and doesn't need its pot to hide in, but that's all a farce since it still sees the pot as it's home. Blossdent also has some control over plant life thanks to the flowers that bloomed on it's body.
Vanesork not satisfied with any pot seeks out a fancier pot to store it's earth to grow it's plant to comfortably sit or stand on. It's said that in old times that they came to make the plants grow and help humans out, making them some kind of local deities for farmers and botanists.
