Just thought I coincide the Chinese New Year (AKA Year of the Rat) with my new darling OC who I adopted from @ TitBeans, Rissa the Rat!

She's a cute little Rat girl who loves fluffy outfits especially in the color purple. She adores the snow, going out catching snowflakes on her tongue walking in the quite of newly fallen snow.
