I tried my hand at designing Casey! His hair is my biggest problem lol

I like to think of him as a pretty chill dude, all live and let live, until you piss him off or hurt innocent people. Then he goes batshit on you
He still has a short fuse, he's just better at emotions than, let's say, Raph

Also bonus Casey and Donnie reenacting that Lilo and Stitch dance scene xD
