A huge gator man with a serious disposition. Incredibly private and pushes people away frequently, due to his sinful life. He is tall, muscular, favoring sports wear or casual work attire. Keeps it simple.
Personality
Quiet and intimidating, Percival is a person of few words but a busy mind. He is direct and serious in most things he does and says when dealing with strangers or co-workers.
Around Precious his personality shifts to more vulnerable, caring and protective. He is easily flustered by the gal and does his best to accommodate her every whim, within reason.
Makes a point to have no friends, as being a pedophile is quite the dangerous life to lead.

Background/History
Percival was a normal Floridan born, American alligator to a single father family, with two older sisters. He got along well with his family and took to sports from an early age, which his father was very supportive and proud of. Very smart and motivated, he did well most of his life, considerably popular with his peers and suffering little hardship. Having older sisters he was often exposed to womanly manners which he wasn't all too fond off, developing a bit of a phobia for gals and not really interested in having a relationship with anyone during his teenage years. That was till during a babysitting job for extra cash he was involved in a incident, caring for a young mouse gal with neglectful parents. The encounter left a mark on the 'gator, cementing his interest in young gals, though he didn't act on it for many years prior.
Continuing his studies and flexing his sport prowess he graduated college quickly and was admitted into the NFL in his early 20s, making quite the name for himself for almost 10 years until one night when everything would change.
Hearing a cry after a game on the end of the season Percival would discover an abandoned baby rat, and all at once an old primal desire surfaced, as if the situation had giving him the perfect chance to act. He took the baby in, nursed her back to health, and secretly retired under the guise of accidental death, using all his connections to fabricate a new name and a new life. He moved to the isolated island of Rica Baia to care for his new daughter, as well as train her for his personal use for years to come.
As she grew older and smarter, questioning his actions, Percival would become incredibly remorseful of his choice to take her in and use her, going to great lengths to punish himself and dedicate his life to caring and supporting her, while growing distant. He would give her more room to grow, teach her to defend herself, and gradually allow more people into her life, on her requests.
At times he will still partake of carnal lust with the gal, but never on his own accord, only when the gal requested it, even knowing it was he who installed that desire on the young rat.

Percival was born on Floridan state in the America's United States (AUS), a country known for it's diverse species population, love for weaponry, oppressive capitalism, and abundant scandals.
He would later move to the island of Rica Baia, a small piece of land in the Pacific Ocean, on the Ecuador line.
The island is a quiet tourist trap that tends to favor shady characters due to its out-of-the-way location.
It is mainly comprised of a pier, two small towns, and farms. Various beaches can be found on either end of the island, and the center sports a tall mountain covered in thick forest. Other small isles surround the island, as well.
A metro runs loops from one end of the island to the other.
He lives in a beach house close to the pier with his daughter, Preciousa, and with Ty (begrudgingly).
