Whether the initial sketch was you getting an idea for what kind of pose you wanted, or if it was a legit redo I think it's really cool how the second attempt at Amy just looks so vastly improved. The pose and expression in particular turning out fantastic!

the first one was made after my friend showed me the sonic adventure 2 mod with amy on rouges body and some fanart he made of it. i was going to post it online but forgot to , i came back a day later and thought i would give another try at it with he thought maybe i could improve on it maybe. i started to redraw over the original but felt it was better just taking the idea i had and start again from scratch.

It's like watching an old steam train take off from the station, The first sketch being the break release and the anticipation of movement, the second sketch being the first lot of coal and the grinding of the wheels starting to turn, the third and final attempt being the training leaving the station and picking up speed.
