So I used to work in an animal hospital as a nursing assistant and later a student nurse. One of the many things we did was physiotherapy on recovering parilised animals. Part of said physio was to use an electric tooth brush on the foot paws of animals that couldn't wiggle away and that sometimes wore muzzles and cone collars... Sometimes the real world and cartoons are quite similar X3
