I suspect the boss man’s gonna clue Coop in rather bluntly, on the more sexual services that the dancers sometimes provide, on what sorts of things Cooper could do to earn more cash there, or to secure his full time position and better pay, and that the boss will demand a ‘free sample’, much like he did with River’s interview. Either both of them banging the boss, or Coop getting it on with River to show he is all-in. River knows what is likely to be asked of him - though I am not certain even River has had to provide ‘full service’ for the boss or for customers so far - but Cooper will have a damned hard time complying with such a request, just yet. Going to be a few more miles of rough road to traverse, emotionally, for a guy just barely coming to grips with the bi/gay side of his own nature.
Who knows? The boss man may have noticed the unfinished dynamic between Cooper and River, and just might want Coop to shill in the crowd with River during the pretty pup’s stage act, pretending to be a customer and forking over house cash while River gets as hot and heavy as a dancer legally can on stage. That would heat up the other customers, increasing their tipping and participation. Dancers do that with each other all the time, even when they never do actual whoring. And in River’s interview, the boss man did call it off before River did more than heavily seductive lap dancing for him. We have seen that the boss likes his dancers to get seductive. We have not, I think, seen yet that he requires or even allows any of them to go all the way, offering ‘VIP Room’ sexual services.
However this goes, whether they all bang, or Cooper walks on the idea, and maybe even drags River out with him, I think it will form more of a bond between Cooper and River. A shared experience, if nothing else.
