I have been working on more concept art for my Animal Heroes series (which Magical Guardian Magus Doe is part of), and I'd like to share them with you.
Special Rescue Squad Animan is about a group of three mutated animals that works for Valhalla Rescue using advanced technology to save people in need and fight crimes.
Mars the cat is the hotblooded self proclaimed leader of the group and comes equipped with a blaster and knife, the latter being used to get through doors. Diana the parrot is the calm and collected and mostly carries a big gun, and she's also the vehicle expert. Lexi is a fun loving rat who likes to pull off pranks when off duty, but she would never pull a prank that will hurt people. She uses a power gauntlet and a sword to get through her obstacles. All their weapons are interchangeable though.
How did they get mutated? Valhalla Rescue had a laboratory and an accident happened that destroyed the lab and killed everyone there, except for a cat, a parrot, and a rat who instead got mutated into humanoid shapes, no one is sure how that happened, but the only experimentation that was performed on them was to see how they would fit as rescue workers.
