- Can fly somewhat. Her wings are very delicate and usually aren't used to fly unless it's a dire situation.

- Her wings and limbs are very delicate and are prone to damage, so she rarely uses her body for heavy lifting or excessive action.

Background/History
History/Backstory: In her living years, Cissnei was a singer who often wrote songs of love, life and the pursuit of happiness. However for her, those concepts would never be fulfilled and nothing would ever be enough.
Her birth mother and her had a wonderful relationship up until Sissy was 10 and her mother decided to divorce her father, leaving to be a actress full time. Her father fell into a deep depression, causing him to lean to drinking as a coping mechanism. He quickly found another woman to love, but Sissy herself just didn't connect. There was no bad blood, but she refused to become close to another motherly figure.
She had always loved to sing, and at the age of 16 she found a way to get a fake ID and run off to Hollywood to try and make it big. Her career didn't take off for a few years, having to work in many seedy locations and doing many shameful jobs in order to find a studio who would listen and record her.
She got fairly famous, making enough money to send home to her father to try and help and live a comfortable life at such a young age. Her mother even tried to get in touch with her when she was 19, but she refused to speak to her. This contact started her spiral into depression, self depreciating actions and ultimately her death at 27.
As well as family troubles, Sissy has had a few messy relationships. Her first, at a young age was a man almost 15 years older than her.He had taken advantage of her, though she thought the love was real, causing her self esteem to lower considerably. Her second when she was 20, a woman who she loved dearly, and vice versa. She ended up leaving due to troubles with Sissy's fame, deeply hurting her ego. Her third at 24, died due to a congenital illness, causing her to be over protective with her friends. Her fourth at 26, left her due to her increasing drinking and drug problems, causing her to slip deeper into depression as he made no attempt to get her help or find her ways to help herself. She began to slip into a never ending constant of not feeling enough, verses feeling she was better than others.
Just after releasing her sixth album, she had run into her mother. She aired her grievances to her, only to receive no apology in return. Later that night she drank heavily, driving home and turning into oncoming traffic she was hit by a semi-truck head on, no care of who she took out with her.
