Well, considering how torn I felt while drawing this, I figured a lampshade needed to be hung on the 'good me versus evil me' debate.

Besides, the delivery turtle is a clue as to who the 'she' is that I'm talking about, and considering that this is the first reply after half a year, it must have been a too-subtle clue for people to notice.
