Background/History
Constance Bleu LaAlarie. was born in Ploumanac'h Brittany, France; born to the rich parents while they were on a vacation. Having such a wealthy upbringing and a very proactive businessman as a father, Bleu experienced most of her life in rich manors and wealthy parties, as well as fine schooling institutions. Although, because of her rich schooling, she often would study at the prestigious Commonwealth Institution for Young Learning during the Fall and Winter Seasons, stuck in Connecticut, USA during those times, and then be at her home in from late Spring through Summer to the start of Fall again.
Despite what others think her parents did not normally talk with or communicate with her often dumping a nanny to watch her while at home, she has people she talks to but no one she considers a real friend as there all stuck up snobs, this has left her with a lot of trust issues to work out.
Her dad is a very busy man considering his job and their demanding lifestyles, so rarely Bleu dose converse and try to bond with her father, and as for her mother she is often to obsessed with the parties or her own personal hobby-obsession of cars to even try talking with her.
