Well, I'm moving away from AZ. I've been here for 3 months, and I met some amazing people that I wish I'd known when my family first moved here in 2008 or so.

I don't know Kwan all that well, but for some reason I've found myself feeling attached to her. And through the grapevine, I've learned that she's very sweet. I just wanted to make something that would make her smile. ^^

Also - I've been experimenting with no inks and sticking with my clean sketches. Things have actually been turning out pretty well this way. It can be a little messy here and there, but I somehow think it looks better than my main inking process. I also did this to satisfy that "ugh the cleaner I make it the uglier it looks!" problem some people get~

Another thing I did that was different here was cell-shading. I don't have any good examples of cell-shading in my gallery so I figured I'd cell-shade with this. I'm very pleased with how it came out. ^^
